$8.000 Tax Credit

On Tuesday, 5/12, The Department of Housing and Urban Development's Federal Housing Administration (HUD-FHA) said it will allow first-time homebuyers to use the federal tax credit of up to $8,000 for a down payment at closing. I will keep you posted when more details of this program are released.
As promised, all FHA purchases closed by Cobalt Mortgage will include payment assurance plan coverage provided at Cobalt’s expense.
