Snohomish Aquatic Center To Replace the Hal Moe Pool?

Have ideas for the new Snohomish Aquatic Center? The Pool Design Committee wants to hear from you! Hal Moe Pool was closed permanently in 2007 due to major structural and safety issues. The May 2008 school construction and renovation bond included funds to build a new aquatic center that could accommodate educational needs, athletic practice, competitive events, therapeutic and recreational uses.
A committee of parents, pool users, and community leaders has come together to develop the program and design specs for the new facility and they would like your input. - What's important to you about a new Aquatic Center? - What aquatic programs do you want in Snohomish?
At these meetings, you'll also have the opportunity to see what has worked in other communities and interact with pool design experts.
